Responsibilities & Context:

1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies

  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display ads, etc.).

  • Align digital strategies with overall business goals.

2. Manage Online Presence

  • Oversee the company’s website and ensure it is optimized for SEO and user experience.

  • Manage content updates and landing page creation.

3. Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

  • Engage with followers and respond to queries/comments in a timely manner.

4. SEO and SEM Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and implement best SEO practices.

  • Manage Google Ads and other PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

5. Content Creation & Coordination

  • Create or coordinate the creation of blogs, videos, infographics, and other digital content.

  • Ensure content is brand-aligned and optimized for digital platforms.

6. Analytics and Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (traffic, leads, ROI, engagement, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social insights.

  • Use data to improve and refine strategies.

7. Email Marketing

  • Design and send email newsletters and promotional campaigns.

  • Segment email lists and monitor performance metrics like open and click-through rates.

8. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Use digital tools to generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts.

9. Budget Management

  • Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently.

  • Monitor ad spend and ensure campaigns stay within budget.

10. Stay Updated with Trends

  • Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

  • Recommend new strategies or platforms to improve marketing efforts.
