Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in cse, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ MBA/ BBA in Marketing or BSC in Computer Science from any reputed Public/Private University/Foreign University.
∎ Candidates who have Digital/Online marketing course will get more priority.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Graphics Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and manage digital/online marketing campaigns.
∎ Oversee a social media strategy.
∎ Manage and maintain the organization's website(s).
∎ Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts.
∎ Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
∎ Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.
∎ Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of the website(s).
∎ Fix any errors or bugs in online content.
∎ Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio content to online sites.
∎ Arrange webinars and webcasts.
∎ Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management.
∎ Write copy for email marketing campaigns.
∎ Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new.
∎ Develop and implement SEO.
∎ Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies.
∎ Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data.
∎ Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
∎ Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services
∎ Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Frame maker, Dream Weaver, HTML, HTML5, CSS.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Consulting Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
∎ Candidates must have enough knowledge about Digital/Online marketing.
∎ Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.

∎ Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services
