Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
∎ To ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
∎ Must have the capability to independently look after all customers.
∎ Should have the ability to handle all development jobs of Merchandising.
∎ Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Buyers and obviously meet the time line.
∎ Implementing new concepts & techniques to ensure high efficiency & smooth process flow.
∎ Determine appropriate price quotations so that the company can ensure sales.
∎ Able to handle different buyer's independently.
∎ Prepare marketing plan and strategy for responsible portfolio with team leader.
∎ Prepare the annual budget and P&L statement with team leader
∎ Meet the turn over, gross margin and EBT (Earning before Tax) target by aligning business objectives.
∎ Make strategy for Increasing brand visibility and make sure brand growth by aligning business objectives.
∎ Prepare and implement effective sales & promotional plan for all products.
∎ Visit the market to assess and update the performance of business
∎ Develop the promotional and packaging materials of the products which are under development with cost effective and creative alternatives of existing one.
∎ Manage sales team for daily sales and order collection issue
∎ Generate new customer channel for company business
∎ Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need
∎ Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
∎ Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
∎ Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
∎ Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 16000 (Monthly)
