Job Context:
∎ The Digital Marketing Manager will organize and coordinate activations marketing campaigns and projects. This position resides within the Digital Marketing team and is responsible for the development and management of digital marketing assets for package activation channels including, but not limited to email, mobile, web, SMS and other emerging platforms.
∎ The ideal candidate will understand email and content marketing basics and will have a proven record of managing marketing projects and new initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Ensure consistency in the brand messaging.
∎ Launch promotional offers and events to attract new customers.
∎ Optimize the business website to increase online traffic.
∎ Follow best practices for social media marketing on different platforms.
∎ Conduct regular audits for social media and website marketing performance.
∎ Maintain and monitor online listings across various e-commerce platforms.
∎ Develops and leads email and paid media marketing campaigns
∎ Strong writing and editing skills, specifically for direct response marketing
∎ Manages external agencies that support paid media campaign planning and production
∎ Aligns all marketing campaigns with business strategies to drive profitable net owner growth
∎ Drives project deadlines to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high quality campaigns and reporting
∎ Possesses an inherent understanding of content that stimulates authentic interest in a brand that drives action
∎ A dynamic self-starter who works collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
∎ Drives various test-and-learn strategies
∎ High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Internet applications
∎ Working knowledge of Tableau in order to monitor analytics that informs future campaigns
∎ Critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
∎ Strong analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving, presentation, project management skills from conception to completion
∎ Ability to interpret and follow brand guidelines for consistency
