Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement digital communication strategies to promote products/services and enhance brand awareness.
∎ Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
∎ Generate leads and drive sales through effective digital marketing techniques.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
∎ Collaborate with the project leader to develop sales strategies and align marketing efforts with sales goals.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and communication.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
∎ Prepare regular reports on digital marketing activities, performance, and ROI.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Anyone with basic digital marketing skills
∎ Basic understanding of Social Media Platforms
∎ Good Communication Skills in English and Bangla
∎ Creative and Result driven
∎ Managing workload with efficiency.
