Job Context

SHOPNIL INTERIOR is looking for a smart, responsible, and customer-focused CRM Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling client communication, lead follow-up, customer database management, and maintaining strong customer relationships efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

Collect, maintain, and update client information regularly

Communicate with new and existing clients through phone calls, messages, and emails

Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and customer responses properly

Manage leads and maintain the customer database accurately

Coordinate with the sales team and share necessary client updates

Record customer feedback, complaints, and requirements properly

Update data regularly in CRM software, Excel, or Google Sheets

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Take necessary steps to improve customer service quality

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Candidates with a background in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field will get preference

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 year(s)

Experience in CRM, Customer Service, Sales Support, or any related field is preferred

Experience in the interior, real estate, or service sector will be considered an advantage
