Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing all the paid campaigns on multiple platforms and required marketing analytics reports.
∎ Develop strategy for integrated digital media campaigns
∎ Creating effective paid campaign strategy for Social, Google, and other available media.
∎ Handling media plans for respective products, projects, and campaigns.
∎ Executing the campaigns with required objectives & KPIs.
∎ Proper research on campaign targeting and A/B testing.
∎ Optimizing all the campaigns based on performance and KPI.
∎ Generating and ensuring smooth lead flow for relevant teams.
∎ Managing the entire advertising content portfolio (Search, GDN, FB).
∎ Managing all kinds of Analytics Dashboards. Dashboard visibility should include Area wise ROI, Platform wise Campaign performance, and Website Traffic Behaviors & quality.
∎ Generating audience growth and behavior insight reports on all social platforms and websites.
∎ Generating Source and Campaign wise Lead quality reports based on the lead lifecycle (Churn, Conversion).
∎ Assisting digital and social media, public relations, and creative teams to select the appropriate media for their projects across different media platforms
∎ Planning and executing ad campaigns to reach specific business goals
∎ Optimizing ad campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness
∎ Supervising and liaising with media agencies and other stakeholders for campaigns
∎ Improving brand awareness using different digital media channels
∎ Ensuring content for digital media platforms adhere to platform guidelines
∎ Ensure search engine optimization, track success metrics for SEO
∎ Ensuring brand consistency across all digital media channels
∎ Monitoring impact and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns
∎ Creating and sharing post-campaign reports on ad campaigns
∎ Remaining up-to-date with the latest digital media trends and best practices
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree or equivalent
∎ Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word PowerPoint, etc.)
∎ Strong writing and editing skills, specifically for direct response marketing
∎ Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
∎ Working knowledge of Tableau in order to monitor analytics that informs future campaigns
∎ Strong analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving, presentation, project management skills from conception to completion
∎ Ability to interpret and follow brand guidelines for consistency
∎ Professional Certification: Digital Marketing,Google Analytics,Facebook Marketing
∎ Skills Required: facebook ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google analytics
