∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing / BS degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from any reputed university. Masters from any reputed university with excellent academic record will get preference.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for expert digital marketing person. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Your Primary focus will be, Plan and execute all Online/ offline marketing including digital marketing (e.g. SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, Google add, social media, YouTube and display advertising campaigns).
∎ About Talent Pro: Since its inception in 2019 Talent Pro has been steadily solidifying their position in the rapidly growing IT Outsourcing industry of Bangladesh. Having the ability of operating in Singapore as well, we have the opportunity to connect the IT resources of the two countries by creating the pathway through IT manpower resourcing. While on the other hand Bangladesh has a vast pool of talented Programmers, Developers and Designers who are not able to work in their dream roles or organizations only because of their geological location. Realizing that by creating a right of way between the Global Tech and Logistics companies and the "Tech Talent" of Bangladesh would help both of the entities immensely, we at Talent Pro started working tirelessly to connect the IT Professionals of Bangladesh to the said IT and Logistics companies of the global industry. ∎ Office Time: 8 am to 5 pm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute all Online/ offline marketing including digital marketing (e.g. SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, Google add, social media, YouTube and display advertising campaigns).
∎ Ability to do video editing, graphic design, website maintenance
∎ field Marketing when required.
∎ Should have a positive mind set to achieve a target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Able to write any content to maintain different social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, twitter etc).
∎ Ability to do search Engine Optimization (SEO).
∎ Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
∎ Other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4+ years of experience in professional environment. (Advertising Agency, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, IT Enabled Service, Market Research Firms Preferable)
∎ Relevant professional Certifications would be a plus.
∎ Good in communication with excellent English language ability.
∎ SEO/ SEM Expert,
∎ Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.,
∎ Advertising & Promotion,
∎ Core Digital Marketing,
∎ Graphic Design,
∎ Video editing,
∎ Website maintaining
