Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and manage digital/online marketing strategies/campaigns.
∎ Create and evaluate social media marketing strategies/campaigns.
∎ Manage and maintain the organization's website(s).
∎ Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts.
∎ Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
∎ Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing web traffic is a must
∎ Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of the website(s).
∎ Fix any errors or bugs in online contents.
∎ Edit and post videos, podcasts and audio contents to online sites regularly.
∎ Arrange webinars and webcasts.
∎ Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) AD management.
∎ Strong knowledge on email marketing with the ability to write email with professional English.
∎ Identify new trends in digital marketing, and conduct competitor's strategy analysis.
∎ Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies.
∎ Deep understandings on web metrics, with solid ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
∎ Must able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
∎ Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services.
∎ Proficiency in CMS tools, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Frame maker, Dream Weaver, HTML, HTML 5, and CSS.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
∎ Experience in e-commerce, SEO, PPC, CPC, Email marketing, and social media.
