*Educational Qualification* :
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing / Business / Media Studies preferred)
*Key Job Criteria* (Must Have Skills)
1. Digital Marketing
Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies
Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube pages
Ability to create content that generates student leads and engagement
Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics and performance tracking
2. Graphics Design
Ability to design attractive social media posts, banners, and promotional creatives
Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
Basic understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual communication
3. Facebook Boosting / Ads
Practical knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
Experience in post boosting, audience targeting, and lead generation campaigns
Ability to optimize ad performance and manage advertising budget effectively
Other Required Competencies
Strong English content writing skills
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of reporting and campaign performance analysis.
*Job Responsibilities* :
Manage and maintain the school's social media platforms
Design and publish marketing creatives and promotional posts
Run and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns
Generate student admission leads through digital marketing.
Prepare basic marketing performance reports
Support school promotional and admission campaigns
Salary
BDT 10,000 – 12,000

On-Site (Office): 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
