Position: Vice Principal
Organization: RDM International School ( English Medium school )
Job Responsibilities
• Assist in the overall academic and administrative management of the school.
• Supervise teachers and monitor classroom performance.
• Ensure quality education and maintain academic standards.
• Support curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and staff.
• Assist in student discipline, teacher development, and school operations.
• Work closely with the school management to achieve institutional goals.
Educational Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Educational background from a recognized institution.
Experience Requirements
• Must have previous experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, or in a senior leadership position in a school.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant leadership experience in an educational institution.
• Strong knowledge of school administration, academic management, and teacher supervision.
