Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the internal marketing team and/or digital marketing agency (s) to achieve defined company objectives set by the Head of Communications to drive demand generation thru digital media (brand engagement, lead generation).
∎ Lead the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy.
∎ Prioritize, Plan & Execute digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display).
∎ Manage and maintain the company-owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software.
∎ Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
∎ Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEO, SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic).
∎ Set up conversion, pixel, and Google Analytics for event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.
∎ Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences, competitors’ digital activity, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
∎ Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) .
∎ Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
∎ Ensure compliance to Health & Safety policies and guidelines and HC code of business conducts.
∎ Any other tasks as may be assigned by the superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
∎ Skills in writing Article, Business ,Copy, Creative writing.
∎ Competitive Analysis.
∎ Audio-Visual Content skills in Development, curation, marketing.
∎ Digital Marketing skills in Search Engine Optimization (Google Adwords, etc), Search Engine Marketing (Hubspot Ad Tracking, Google Trends. Google Ads. Keyword Planner, etc), Content Marketing (Hubspot, Wordpress, Google, etc.) and Social Media Marketing (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
∎ Minimum 3 years working experience with digital/social media marketing, certification in digital/social marketing will be considered as an added advantage.
