∎ Happy Haat, an innovative smart agro-based company, is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to lead and enhance our online presence. This role is integral to developing and executing creative digital marketing strategies that engage customers and drive growth.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ *Plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO/SEM).
∎ *Manage and monitor company social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency.
∎ *Create engaging and targeted content for web and digital platforms.
∎ *Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using insights to optimize strategies.
∎ *Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
∎ *Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools to implement new strategies.
∎ *Manage paid advertising campaigns and monitor budgets to ensure ROI.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ *Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
∎ *Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in agrotech or related sectors.
∎ *Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
∎ *Excellent communication and content creation skills.
∎ *Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
