Additional Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools
- Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory
Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory through effective market penetration
Identify and engage potential retailers, wholesalers, and institutional clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth
Monitor competitor activity and report market trends
Execute promotional activities and campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales
Collect orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments
Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback
Collaborate with the distribution and supply chain team to ensure product availability
