Responsibilities & Context:

Commando BD is looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to support and manage increasing digital campaign activities. The role involves campaign execution, performance monitoring, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring effective digital presence to support business growth.

Experience

* 1 to 10 years

* The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, Clothing, Fashion, Healthcare/Lifestyle products

Additional Requirements

* Clear understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and digital analytics

* Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

* Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google, and other platforms

* Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, leads, and conversions, and prepare regular performance reports

* Coordinate with creative and content teams for timely delivery of marketing materials

* Analyze campaign data, conduct competitor analysis, and suggest improvements for better ROI

* Support digital marketing strategy development, budget planning, and implementation of new tools or platforms

* Track performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics

* Plan and execute marketing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

* Optimize landing pages and ad creatives for maximum conversion rates.

* Generate reports on ROI, engagement, traffic, and conversion rates.

* Integrate digital campaigns with CRM for effective lead nurturing and follow-up.

* Monitor online reviews and customer feedback.

* Manage website product posting, updates, and basic content

* Handle email marketing campaigns

* Analyze ad performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports

* Coordinate with the sales and CRM team to improve conversion
