Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and trustworthy Store Management Executive to ensure smooth and efficient retail store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall store operations and daily activities
Maintain accurate stock records (in & out)
Conduct regular stock counting and report updates to management
Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and store discipline
Coordinate with warehouse, office, and sales teams
Handle customer concerns professionally and responsibly
Ensure loss prevention and proper product handling
Prepare and submit daily/weekly store performance reports
