∎ Have previous experience and a passion for the ICT industry.

∎ Experience in delivering a robust and effective marketing strategy.
∎ Strong brand, digital, social media, and PR experience.
∎ Demonstrate a strong track record in delivering customer engagement and building audiences either online or offline.
∎ Be successful within a small business environment with the passion, initiative, and energy that makes things happen.
∎ Be commercially astute.
∎ An excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data and intuition to inform all decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
∎ Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
∎ advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC)
∎ Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
∎ Collaborating with media and sales teams to improve marketing results
∎ Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment
∎ Coordinating with the digital marketing team to identify innovative growth strategies
∎ Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns
∎ Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.
∎ Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Skills Required: Analytical, Excellent communication skill, Professional writing, Energetic and self-motivated
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising and promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Market analysis, Marketing Management and Planning, Online Marketing Research, Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
