Job Context:
∎ We are a technology startup to disrupts the local market with innovative ideas and tech solutions. We are seeking a Technical and Dynamic Project Manager to join our fast-growing team of software developers, who can guide, make critical decisions and collaborate with the team.
∎ This position requires skills in planning, scheduling, and management of IT and ITES projects. Individuals in this role must possess proven capabilities in project management, including but not limited to excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
∎ Accountability:
∎ Introducing and Maintaining Agile Methodology / Framework
∎ You`ll be accountable for maintaining the followings for a project
∎ a. Requirement Analysis
∎ b. Quality
∎ c. Efficiency
∎ d. Commitment i.e. Deadline
∎ e. Maintaining Quality Documentation for both the Development and Clients (Where required)
∎ f. Deliverables (Incl. Documentation where required)
∎ g. Unit Testing Using Jest or similar framework
∎ h. Ensuring Software Speed i.e. Fast software/website/apps etc.
∎ i Maintaining proper versioning and changelog
∎ Proper Deployment
∎ Working closely with DevOps Team to achieve the maximum and optimized Dev and Client Experience
∎ Clear communication and collaboration with other teams
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying our communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
∎ Knowledge in React Native is a Plus
∎ Assembling and supervising each stage of the project.
∎ Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
∎ Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
∎ Define project tasks and resource requirements.
∎ Prepare project estimation, budget, and cost.
∎ Provide direction and support to the project implementation team
∎ Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
∎ Ability to solve problems when it appears in the project and help team members as necessary
∎ Ability to meet tight deadlines and doesn't take working as pressure but enjoys challenges and new opportunities.
∎ Ability to adapt to the constantly changing context of a tech startup.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years

∎ The ability to make critical decisions, business scope identification, and assess the viability of solutions.
∎ API Development, Express JS, Gatsby, Next.Js, React | NodeJS | MongoDB | mongoose | MySQL | JavaScript | Git / GitHub | Socket.io
∎ Solid Experience with JavaScript concepts, including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6.
∎ Experience in developing high-quality ReactJS web apps. Solid understanding of concepts like ReactJS life-cycle, hooks, etc.
∎ Experience with writing reusable React components and know-how to layout with CSS.
∎ Experience with state management libraries (preferably Redux). Familiarity with Ducks pattern.
∎ Experience in using development tools like nvm, npm/yarn, webpack, and Babel.
∎ Experience in working with Git on projects with medium to large periphery.
∎ Experience with the Consumption of RESTful API is a plus.
∎ Experience with NodeJS and Typescript is a plus.
∎ Experience with linting libraries like ESLint is a plus.
∎ Experience with unit testing libraries like Jest, the enzyme is a plus.
∎ Experience with a CSS preprocessor like Sass, PostCSS, Tailwind CSS is a plus.
∎ Experience with RDBMS is a plus.
∎ Understanding the concepts of object-oriented software development and technologies.
∎ Familiarity with class and functional programming.
∎ Ability to work individually and independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Familiar with Modern UI/UX trends.
∎ Strong Knowledge in frontend and backend technology stacks.
∎ Strong Knowledge of JavaScript (Vanilla JS) and JavaScript frameworks.
∎ Familiar with AGILE Methodologies and SCRUM.
∎ Knowledge of Git is a must
