Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various digital platforms.
∎ Collaborate with the Graphic Design Team to create appealing visual content, including images, videos, and graphics, that align with social media strategies.
∎ Manage and maintain social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing content, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages.
∎ Conduct market research and analyze social media trends, user behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
∎ Monitor and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing performance and achieving campaign objectives.
∎ Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand's presence remains current and effective.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, PR, and Customer Service, to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all digital platforms.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, analytics tools and graphic design principles.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong ability on caption writing.
