Receive and confirm customer orders over the phone and online.
Manage Facebook page, posts, and online advertisements.
Communicate with customers professionally and maintain good relationships.
Prepare product posts, offers, and promotional content.
Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely delivery coordination.
Maintain sales records and daily report updates.
