Responsibilities & Context:

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭: A Digital Marketing & Branding Officer is responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales. The role bridges creativity, strategy, and technical execution to strengthen the company's online presence.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

𝑫𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒈𝒚

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).

• Create marketing calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends.

• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve results.

𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒂 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕

• Manage and grow official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Create engaging content (text, image, video) tailored for each platform.

• Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build online community.

𝑩𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 & 𝑰𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒕𝒚

• Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all channels.

• Work with design and creative teams to develop branded materials.

• Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns.

𝑨𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒚𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒔 & 𝑹𝒆𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈

• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

• Prepare monthly performance reports and provide insights to improve future campaigns.

𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 & 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕

• Write, edit, and proofread marketing content for websites, ads, social media, blogs, and email campaigns.

• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content production.

𝑬-𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒓𝒄𝒆 & 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝑮𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 (𝒊𝒇 𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆)

• Manage product listings, descriptions, and promotions on e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Facebook Shop, Daraz).

• Run paid ad campaigns to drive traffic and generate sales or leads.

𝑪𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 & 𝑪𝒐𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏

• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and production teams to align marketing goals.

• Liaise with agencies, influencers, or media partners when needed.
