Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in planning and creating social media content (Reels, Stories, Carousels, TikToks, etc.)
∎ Manage daily posting on platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
∎ Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience behaviour to optimise reach
∎ Write engaging captions, copy, and calls to action aligned with our brand tone
∎ Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, etc.) and prepare weekly reports
∎ Respond to DMs and comments to maintain community presence
∎ Collaborate on campaign ideas and promotional strategies
∎ Conduct competitor research and trend analysis
