∎ Important: This position is ideal for those who are serious about joining our team and are highly committed to investing time and effort into learning new skills over the next few months. If selected, you will undergo comprehensive training with provided materials, guidance, and assignments. You must agree to work with us for a period after completing the training.

∎ Training Process for Fresh Candidates:
∎ Phase 1: Initial Selection – We will send training materials to selected candidates. After studying, you’ll take the first test to assess potential.
∎ Phase 2: Practical Test – Those who pass the first test will be given additional materials to prepare for a hands-on, practical test.
∎ Interview & Final Selection – Successful candidates will be called for an interview. Shortlisted applicants will then receive full-time, in-office training for one month.
∎ Important Note:The training period will last one month, and no salary will be paid during this time.
∎ For Experienced Candidates:
∎ If you already have experience creating Facebook and TikTok ads, the mentioned training phases will not apply to you. You will be considered for direct hiring based on your qualifications and portfolio.
