- Excellent communication in Bangla & English.
- E-commerce or startup marketing experience will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok.
- Manage SEO, SEM, and content marketing to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze data, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and the customer care team to ensure consistent messaging.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to propose new growth strategies.
- Manage social media pages and ensure consistent engagement with followers.
- Optimize ad creatives and landing pages to improve ROI.
