Direct Sales, Field Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Visit Merchant Point and pitch them sales approach (Daily 25 physical visit for a new sales pitch and create a sales funnel.
∎ 2. Maintain relationships with the highest value EMI Merchant and leads.
∎ 3. Provide guidance to our highest EMI Transaction Merchant, to help optimize value they extract from our service platform.
∎ 4. Ensure regular data input in sales reports and visit reports.
∎ 5. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
∎ 6. Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
∎ 7. Effectively execute sales strategies and assist sales personnel in their techniques.
∎ 8. Ensure merchant feedback regularly & shared to the concerned department as per organizational structure

∎ 2. Ability to visit the field, agility, passion, willingness & take challenges to achieve targets.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
