Experience in any RMG/Textile/FMCG related industry will be an added qualification
Minimum 20 years of experience in maintenance and utility in any manufacturing plant with minimum 5 years as HOD.
Responsibilities & Context:
“Group Reedisha” is a group of Strategic Business Units involved in businesses like Knit Composite, Spinning, Food & Beverage, FMCG etc. with top-notch export quality. It also has a sophisticated Printing and Packaging facility to provide ancillary services for these enormous production and distribution activities. The same management also has a success story in FMCG industry which is “Kohinoor Chemical Company (Bangladesh) Limited” (the oldest and largest national Soap, Cosmetics, Toiletries and Household products manufacturer and marketer of Bangladesh).
Presently one of its SBU is inviting expression of interest for this position.
Job Description:
To lead and manage team to ensure smooth maintenance and utility systems
To monitor and control power generation equipment including generators, boilers, chillers and auxiliary systems
To monitor regular maintenance and safety procedures, routine inspections, service schedule and supply of materials for effective operation
To ensure all operations comply with regulatory standards and environmental guidelines
To identify potential risks and implement contingency plans for smooth production
To adopt innovations and new technologies such as renewable energy integrations, emission control systems etc.
To ensure that all industrial facilities are electrically efficient and safe
