Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting/Finance or any other discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of feasibility reports and financing sources thereon.
∎ Preparation of financing proposal and submit to banks/ financial institutions.
∎ Ensure/ renewal of all license like ERC, IRC, VAT, EPB etc.
∎ Monitoring the bank repayment schedule of all types of loans and follow up with the incoming fund management department to ensure the bank loan repayment on time.
∎ Managing reports regarding related to daily Import, Bill Submission, Realization, Bill under Collection, Document outstanding and update record keeping.
∎ Liaison with all level of executives and official of banks and financial institutions.
∎ Any other duties as and when assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ In depth knowledge on various types of L/C's and their execution.
∎ Proficient knowledge in foreign exchange transaction and Bangladesh Bank guidelines/ rules and regulations.
∎ Understands mortgage documentations with banks and RJSC.
∎ Capable to analyze financial statements.
∎ Capable to corresponding with related banks and agencies.
∎ Expert in using and maintaining all of accounting entries in ERP software.
∎ Capable to maintain and follow up bank accounts transaction and reconciliation timely.
∎ Adequate knowledge on the use of software.
∎ Excellent skill in Excel is preferred.
∎ At least 10 years' experience in the related functions.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning, Garments or any export oriented manufacturing industry.
