• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and technical sales.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Leadership and team management ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication in English & Bengali.

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans for electrical products including Transformers, Substations, Switchgear Panels, Generators, and BBT systems.
• Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients (Govt, EPCs, Private Developers, Industries), and maintain existing client base.
• Lead marketing campaigns, product positioning, pricing strategies, and branding for local and export markets.
• Prepare and submit technical-commercial proposals, participate in tendering processes (PDB, DESCO, PGCB, REB, Private Sector).
• Coordinate with the design, engineering, and production teams to meet client requirements and delivery timelines.
• Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage and guide the marketing and sales team, setting performance targets and KPIs.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, technical seminars, and industry forums.
• Maintain strong after-sales communication and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with ISO and internal company procedures.
