∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Air Conditioning, Boiler Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Power Generation, steam, Water Treatment Plant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Cement Industry, Engineering Firms, Garments, HVAC System, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Power, Textile, Tobacco
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Manage & oversee day to day responsibilities to ensure smooth supply of utility (steam, electricity, compressed air, water etc.) to all required areas of the site
∎ 2. Manage day to day operation of ETP by ensuring all required parameters within country legislation limit before discharge the treated water to environment
∎ 3. Plan & execute periodic, predictive, corrective & condition-based monitoring system to ensure smooth supply of Utility.
∎ 4. Direct, mentor & coach the team to deliver the best.
∎ 5. To execute and to make sure the dispositions of Environment, Health and Safety are being complied.
∎ 6. Manages the staff, processes and activities for maintaining all plant machinery to ensure safe, continual and efficient operation
∎ 7. Oversees maintenance goal setting, activity scheduling, work performance and performance management to ensure measurable goals, proper workload distribution, goal satisfaction and effective staff performance management.
∎ 8. Monitors and continually improves maintenance processes and maintenance personnel performance to achieve enhanced levels of efficiency.
∎ 9. Provides functional, technical or process leadership.
∎ 10. Drive efficiency program continuously by comparing self with bench marked data.
∎ 11. Control the installation, repair and upkeep of employers' property, including machines and mechanical systems related to his/her job profile.
