∎ Skills Required: Computer skill

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish & Maintaining the Quality Assurance system in the whole process of Woven Garments.
∎ Promoting Quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the Organization.
∎ Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a Quality Plan to bring the Company's Quality systems and Policies into compliance with Quality system requirement.
∎ Effectively interact with Production and Development Team.
∎ Responsible for Technical File, PP Meeting, all kinds of Approval from Buyer & all kinds of test as when as required related to Quality Assurance.
∎ Responsible for Accessories Inspection, Fabric Inspection, Pre-final & Final Inspection. All Final Inspections have to pass at first time.
∎ You will be responsible for implementing SOP for PP activities and lead to PP technical team
∎ Have to establish SOP of Quality Assurance Department to all areas of operation as where as required.
∎ Responsible for all kinds of Technical Audit.
∎ Responsible for all kinds of Sample Garments & Approval of Sample from Buyer.
∎ Responsible for solving all kinds of technical problems. Have to set Procedures & Policies to reduce DHU in a standard level.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Liaising with Customers Auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customer's specification.
∎ Writing Technical Management system report.
∎ Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers and comparing them with customer requirements.
∎ Formulate and manage the development and implementation of Goals, Objectives, Policies procedures and systems pertaining to QA/QC.
∎ Supervising Technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.
∎ Identifying relevant Quality related training needs Assessment (TNA) and arranges training accordingly to fill gap of TNA report.
∎ To handle Buyers QA during their any Inspection and any other related to other related to Buying QC.
∎ Lead to Safety, Quality & Technical Compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by avoiding all kinds of wastage.
∎ Responsible for all Sample including TOP, Size set, In-line Inspection, Final Inspection, Buyer/QC handling & Buyer/QC communication.
∎ Cutting Approval must be within 06 hours from size set reporting time.
∎ Responsible for on-time Quality full Shipment as Buyer requirement.
∎ Responsible for any Short Shipment, Re-check & Shipment Failing.
∎ Any other related task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Foreigner preferable.
∎ Good communicative skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Good Interpersonal Communication skills.
∎ Must be honest, hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivated.
∎ Candidates must be knowledgeable following buyers: American Eagle, Primark, Levi's, GAP, Hugo Boss, Sains Burry, CK, H&M, Wal-Mart etc.
