Should have good knowledge in MS office, net browsing, emailing, etc.

Proactive, independent and result oriented.
Willing to travel and visit farms and hatcheries at various location of the country as and when required.
Responsibilities & Context:
1. Formulate standard operational procedure (SOP) for poultry farms & hatcheries.
2. Prepare yearly & monthly DOC (day old chicks) production planning.
3. Prepare yearly GP & PS placement schedule & preparing monthly action plan.
4. Preparing periodic report (weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly).
5. Planning & budgeting for internal demand of feed, medicine and vaccine.
6. Cross checking & maintain yearly budget for feed, medicine and vaccines.
7. Reporting on mortality, weekly body weight gain & feed intake.
8. Innovating new product and new ideas & frequent visit to farms & hatcheries.
9. Improvement of biosecurity systems & supervising veterinary services.
10. Monitoring farms & hatcheries management.
11. Supervise ongoing extension projects.
12. Handling customer’s feedback regarding DOC quality issue.
13. Take necessary initiatives on feedback of products quality issue from Farmers & dealer.
14. Communicate with supply chain for on-time input.
15. Supervise lab operation for routine testing of poultry health, microbiology & serology.
16. Flock nutrition upgradation to ensure flock healthcare.
17. Maintain liaison with concern Dept/Division.
18. Any other relevant assignment given by the superior and management.
