Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring the development and implementation of operational plans and strategies consistent with the company's overall business objectives.
∎ Supervising and monitoring all aspects of factory operations.
∎ Ensuring overall HR and administrative functions to implement HR and administrative policies within the factory. Independently lead factory HR, Admin and Compliance team in providing standard HR, Admin and Compliance services.
∎ Ensuring smooth running of all operational processes of the factory.
∎ Ensuring identification and timely resolution of factory operational issues.
∎ Ensuring tracking and reporting on operational performance of the factory to the Management.
∎ Ensuring day-to-day monitoring and supervision of activities of Merchandising, Procurement, IE and Planning teams including knitting, cutting, sewing, packing and shipment.
∎ Ensure timely raw material procurement and timely cutting/ supply of fabric to avoid delay in production input time as per IE/Planning.
∎ Ensuring the achievement of production targets including ensuring the highest quality standards for all products.
∎ Ensure implementation of security and compliance programs. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
∎ Train operation team members on compliance issues.
∎ Report compliance issues to senior Management time to time.
∎ Monitor overall housekeeping and ensure overall safety and security system of the factory.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
