Educational Requirements:
∎ B.SC. [Engg.] In Industrial & Production Engineering From any Reputed University.
∎ BUET/ Shahjalal University of Science & Technology will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial & Production Engineering, Merchandising, Planning, Quality Management, Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ MUST BE DEALING BUYER H & M, WAL-*MART,NEXT, M&S, ESPRIT, S' OLIVER WITH HUGE VOLUME.
∎ Making Monthly Production Plan / Line Plan Based on Booking & Shipment Date.
∎ Giving Style wise Daily Sewing Target by Monthly Production Plan / Line Plan Based on Shipment date & Revise it if required.
∎ Making Daily Summery Production Report of Cutting, Print, Embroidery, Sewing & Finishing.
∎ Giving Style wise Daily Cutting, Printing, Embroidery & Finishing Target Based on Production Plan & Shipment date.
∎ Follow-up Style wise Daily Cutting, Print, Embroidery, Sewing & Finishing Target verses Achievement Based on Production Plan & Shipment date & Revise it if required.
∎ Daily Production Analysis & Inform Production Managers if any lack to ensure the On-Time Delivery.
∎ Main Store Accessories Follow-up Based on Production Plan & Shipment date.
∎ Passing all information from Merchandiser to Production Floor.
∎ Merchandising follow-up.
∎ Knitting Follow-up .
∎ Dyeing Follow-up .
∎ Fabrics Follow-up .
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only third genders are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 years experience in managerial position.
∎ Fast acting for Problem Solving.
∎ Strong people management skills - fairness and ability to motivate and manage the team.
