Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

10 to 15 years in a knit composite factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the entire factory operations (multiple factories) and ensure that factory is running profitably.
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction
∎ Coordinate all department for smooth Garments manufacturing
∎ Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting the best possible output and giving direction on the floor.
∎ Setup the sewing line, check consumption, costing, and inventory.
∎ Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing
∎ For the reduction of making cost and production friendly samples, changes technical setting of the garment.
∎ Follow up industrial engineering functions and systems.
∎ Ensures that factory produces quality product at minimum alteration and repair cost. He ensures that only quality goods are shipped to the buyers.
∎ To motivate employees and enrich their knowledge in certain areas training program is arranged by him.
∎ Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management.
∎ Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment
∎ Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
∎ Ensure complete tasks to make finished goods from raw materials.
∎ Communicate always with the merchandising team and solve every production-related issues involved merchandising.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strongly experienced of working in garments factories engaged in business with world-class customers/brands also having much knowledge as a Production Manager, managing overall functions of garment factories for renowned branded buyers
∎ Good aptitude with skills to educate and manage operators doing multiple operations
∎ Knowledge of production planning, rejection control, maintaining of AQL and understanding of Industrial Engineering in apparel production
∎ Knowledge of Internet & E-mail and other MS office programs.
∎ Leadership and motivation skills
∎ Knowledge of labor laws and other applicable statutory compliance
