Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc/ M. Sc in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from any recognized university;
∎ MBA/Master's from general education (8 years of industry experience is required).
∎ Highly experienced Mechanical & Electrical diploma engineers are also encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for fish feed and poultry feed plant.
∎ Review all daily usage, inventory, investigate and correct all discrepancies.
∎ Monitor the flow of all materials, incoming and out-going, and execute the standard operating procedures of all areas at the Feed mill. Monitor & implement automation system in all levels.
∎ Monitor periodic/regular maintenance once of the plant equipment/machineries.
∎ Establish or adjust work procedure to meet plant or production schedule.
∎ Recommend measure to improve equipment performance and quality of service and carry out any needed corrective action.
∎ Provide all sort of assistance in respect of running the factory smoothly.
∎ Coordinate among the production staff, administrative personnel, Management of Head Office to ensure necessary support to run the operation in full swing.
∎ Communicate with respective departmental head to find out solutions and ensure to accomplish the work in time, So that production would not be hampered.
∎ Ensure proper storing, facilities of raw material.
∎ Discus and manage plan for future accommodation of import and local purchased spare parts and RM in the Factory.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in managing broiler & layer plant, fish plant.
∎ Knowledge on MS Excel, Power Point.
Salary: Negotiable
