Additional Requirements:
Willingness and ability to work in field operations.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Must be able to ride a motorcycle.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness and mental preparedness to work in remote and rural areas.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and manage contract broiler farming operations within assigned cluster/branch.
Maintain strong coordination with farmers to ensure production targets.
Monitor farm performance, biosecurity, and operational efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and support to farmers.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and standards.
Prepare regular reports and update management on field activities.
Conduct regular farm visits and audits to ensure quality and compliance.
Analyze production data and recommend improvements for better yield and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with internal departments (Feed, Hatchery, Veterinary Services) for smooth operations.
