∎ Master’s degree in animal nutrition, Veterinary Science (DVM), or a related field from a reputed university

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the feed industry, preferably in poultry, cattle, and fish feed formulation and production.
∎ Prior experience in managing a technical support team will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience in working with large-scale feed mills and hatchery operations is highly desirable.
∎ Strong knowledge of animal nutrition, feed formulation, and raw material evaluation.
∎ Experience in handling feed production processes and quality control.
∎ Leadership and team management skills to supervise the technical support team.
∎ Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills related to feed quality and animal health.
∎ Willingness to travel to different company locations as per operational requirements.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and optimize feed formulations for poultry, cattle, and fish to ensure high nutritional value and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Monitor the quality of raw materials used in feed production and ensure compliance with industry standards.
∎ Conduct research on feed ingredients and nutritional advancements to improve product efficiency and sustainability.
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards related to feed formulation and production.
∎ Collaborate with top management for strategic decision-making regarding feed quality improvement and new product development.
∎ Organize training sessions for the DVM Technical Support Team to enhance their knowledge and efficiency in supporting farmers, marketing team and dealers.
