Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Budgeted Dyeing Production and balancing of Dyeing and Finishing production to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of finished fabric with quality and full quantity.
∎ Identify cost reduction opportunities by reducing manpower cost, chemical consumption, cost process loss and improve the market competitiveness.
∎ Establish the Operational SOPs for all the Sections and Processes and monitor the proper execution of the same.
∎ To establish the Lab SOPs for Accreditation, Lab dip submission and testing as per Buyer's standard.
∎ Ensure and attend all sorts of technical troubleshooting for quality and on time delivery of finished fabric.
∎ Establish a process to provide the need based training to subordinates and operators.
∎ Ensure compliance at work place to meet the requirements of technical and social audit.
∎ Check shades and quality from shade roll before bulk finishing process.
∎ Inspect batches whose deliveries are postponed due to quality issues.
∎ Discuss with Sub-contract factories' people regularly and solve their issues as early as possible.
∎ Ensure Next 3 Days confirmed Dyeing Plan and 24 Hrs fabric delivery schedule.
∎ Develop an Action Plan on how to Develop Fabric Quality (Process Loss, Variation on GSM, DIA, Shrinkage & Shading Problem etc.).
∎ Work Closely with Dyeing Finishing Team and analysis Machine wise Performance
∎ Prepare a comprehensive Training Plan for Listed Less Skilled Operators and review weekly training progress.
∎ Closely work with Subordinates to meet Production Target rather than blindly depending on them.
∎ Coordinate with Knitting Dept including Central Planning for Next 3 Days Batch Preparation.
∎ Regularly meet with Maintenance Team for reducing Machine Break-Down and Other NPT.
∎ Make a Comprehensive Plan for Minimizing Dyes Chemical Stock.
∎ Analyze the reasons of Adding and Topping and review the variation of Lab to Bulk for further improvement.
∎ Maintain RFT at a level of 90%
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
