Educational Requirements:
∎ Engineering Degree from public university, preferably ME/EE/Chem discipline with MBA.
∎ B.Sc. Engineering Degree with MBA is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
∎ Collaborate with higher management in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
∎ Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.
∎ Directly oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with higher management on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term.
∎ Nurture a positive working environment and define employee relations practices necessary to promote a high level of employee morale, engagement and motivation
∎ Create forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products.
∎ Confer with organizational members to accomplish work activities.
∎ Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
∎ Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities
∎ Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
∎ Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
∎ Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.
∎ Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
∎ Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.
∎ Candidate have to manage all commercial activities (Bond Commercial and Banking Commercial).
∎ Supervise and lead all mechanical maintenance processes and operations.
∎ Provide technical assistance to all sections wherever applicable in order to increase machine's longevity.
∎ Spare parts inventory and supply chain system control.
∎ Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and work with vendors and contractors as and when necessary.
∎ Monitor the guard and intelligence so that nobody can be corrupted.
∎ Follow-up housekeeping activities.
∎ Any other task required or assign by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10-12 years proven experience as operation head or relevant role in MNC/Heavy industry/ FMCG.
∎ Understanding of business functions such as Production, Engineering, Commercial, HR, Finance, marketing etc.
∎ Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
∎ Competency in strategic planning and business development
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to keep track of and report on transit.
∎ Good understanding of the technical features of materials.
