∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dyeing/ Washing, Fabric Manufacturing, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Textile, Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Dyeing Factory, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent should be well conversant on dyeing plant.
∎ Having job experience & Understanding of quality requirements of leading buyers with knowledge on all testing methods, fabric inspection & quality management systems in process standard (input, parameter, process sequence, dyes & chemicals, water consumption etc) for various types of dyeing in order to achieve target RFT.
∎ Finalizes machine wise dyeing plan in order to keep 03 (three) batches ready for production.
∎ Analyzes different dyes & chemicals in order to reduce material costs.
∎ Communicates with planning in order to maintain agreed timeline.
∎ Handles technical audit in order to get clearance from buyers.
∎ Leads fabric development from dyeing team in order to innovate various types of fabric.
∎ Establishes relationship with outsource factories and collects their factory profile in order to create enrich database.
∎ Able to develop as well as implement and maintain the dyeing system as per customer’s quality standard.
∎ Development of Dyeing plant for customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years job experience in practical field.
∎ Must be able to motivate, control and train workers.
∎ Must be able to work independently and take certain decision.
∎ Must have experience to work with major buyers.
∎ Should be a good communicator with fluency both in English and Bengali.
∎ Should be capable of handling and operating computer, additional knowledge on dyeing Software's are added preference.
