∎ Bachelor/Honors, Masters
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Compliance Management (PGDCM) will be preferred.
∎ Diploma in Social Compliance.
∎ Having Relevant Training on Compliance will be highly preferred

∎ Having good proficiency in English written and Oral communication be preferred.
∎ At-least 2 year working experience as DGM - Compliance in a Group of Garments Industry is must
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ At-least 2 year working experience as DGM - Compliance in a Group of Garments Industry is must
∎ Must be skilled in handling sustainability, social compliance, certification and security audits.
∎ Must have a ground experience of serving at least 14 years in Compliance Department in Garments Industry.
∎ Should have experience of facing audits of reputable brands. (e.g. H&M, Levi’s, Walmart, Tesco, Inditex, Best Sellers etc.
∎ Must possess knowledge about BW, SLCP and FEM audits.
∎ Must have good knowledge on CT-PAT matters.
∎ Must have good knowledge and experience of facing Better Work audits.
∎ Must have experience to organize and face different brand’s audits independently.
∎ Has to be energetic and willing to undertake regular travels to different factories of the Group.
∎ Having good proficiency in English written and Oral communication be preferred.
