Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Banking/Finance/Accounting.
∎ CA/CMA and part qualified.
∎ Skills Required: Banking & Finance, Accounts, Financial Analysis
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have good network and connection with private and government banks to obtain short and long term finance for the company.
∎ Proven record of independently arranging finance for companies.
∎ Liaison with all banks management for conducting smooth fund management as well as sound business operation of the group.
∎ Arrange fund in time for repayment of loan/ investment installment to avoid charging penal interest by the bank as well as avoid loan classification.
∎ Appropriate planning for utilization of EDF, other foreign fund & suggestion to the management for making best available investment.
∎ Excellent knowledge about international banking and international trade, loan management and project financing.
∎ Update knowledge about BRPD circulars, DFIM circulars, Bangladesh Bank's Scheme, Refinance Scheme etc.
∎ Preparation and implementation of detailed work plan and methodology of Finance.
∎ To deal with Bank (both private and government) and financial institutions in order to arrange loan/ working capital/term loan for the project/company as well as for rescheduling of loan.
∎ Candidate must have experience of arranging/ rescheduling of loan with Govt. & private banks.
∎ Monitoring company's VAT & TAX issues.
∎ Fund inflow and outflow monitoring & forecasting.
