Requirements:

∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Design and develop production lines for various types of footwear.
∎ Set and track daily, hourly, and monthly production targets.
∎ Manage and coordinate with different departments, such as design, engineering, and quality control.
∎ Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production operations.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety.
∎ Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Develop and implement training programs for production staff.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences.
∎ Maintain a safe, compliant, and pleasant working environment.
∎ Apply lean production approaches to all aspects of the business.
∎
∎ Good knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, email,etc.
∎ Honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Good communication skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the entire production process from raw material sourcing to finished product packaging, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
∎ Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet the required standards, including material inspection, in-process quality checks, and final product inspections.
∎ Manage resources effectively, including materials, labor, and machinery, to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
∎ Oversee the entire order management process.
∎ Develop and implement production schedules in alignment with S&OP Planning and inventory targets.
∎ Resolve high-level issues related to production delays, quality concerns, and buyer dissatisfaction.
∎ Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet production requirements while minimizing excess stock.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Global Procurement) to ensure timely procurement of materials and components.
∎ Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, technical issues, and quality problems promptly.
∎ Lead and motivate production teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
∎ Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
∎ Ensure adherence to safety regulations, labor laws, and other relevant standards.
∎ Maintain accurate records of production data, quality results, and other relevant information for reporting and analysis.
∎ Any other relevant assignment given by the management.
