Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support our clients, ensuring their infrastructures stay up and running 24/7 while working with leading-edge technology.
∎ Implement, and Support complex scalable application infrastructure.
∎ Provide responsive customer-facing DevOps support focused on the success of our clients' missions.
∎ Provide timely root-cause analysis for complex technical problems.
∎ Operate & maintain high availability of software for multiple products.
∎ Analyze operational performance to recommend improvements in critical maintenance related metrics & KPIs.
∎ Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and environment.
∎ Strong knowledge of Networking, Load balancers, DNS, and TCP/IP and networking fundamentals including diagnostics with Linux tools.
∎ Experienced with DevOps engineering practices, comfortable with diverse technical problem sets across the tech stack.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in CI/CD tool sets (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab, Sonarqube, JIRA, Confluence, etc).
∎ Understand container related knowledge (Docker) and its ecosystem.
∎ Experience with configuration management systems
∎ Proficient in script development under Linux environment, familiar with common script programming techniques such as Shell and Python.
∎ Familiar with DevOps tool chain and ecosystem.
