Qualifications and Skills*
Technical Skills*
Proficient in *AWS* and *Digital Ocean* services.
Strong knowledge of *Linux/Unix server environments*.
Experience with *Docker, **Kubernetes, **Terraform, or **Ansible*.
Skilled in *Python, **Bash*, or other scripting languages.
Experience with *Git, **Jenkins, **GitLab CI/CD, or **CircleCI*.
Knowledge of version control, deployment, and rollback strategies.
Having experience in software and application development will be a plus.

Hands-on experience with endpoint protection, firewalls, VPNs, and vulnerability scanners.

About the Role
Genius Farms Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and passionate *DevOps Engineer* to manage both our DevOps infrastructure and software, data, and IT security systems. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical foundation in software development, project deployment with scalability, system engineering, automation, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity protocols. This is a cross-functional role involving collaboration with development, QA, and AI/ML teams.
*Key Responsibilities*
- DevOps, Infrastructure and Backend
- Infrastructure Design & Management
- Architect, deploy, and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable systems using AWS, Digital Ocean, and local servers.
- CI/CD Pipeline Development
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to support agile development and rapid deployment.
- Automate testing and deployment workflows.
- Server & Application Monitoring
- Ensure high uptime and server reliability through proactive monitoring and logging.
- Use tools like *Grafana, **Prometheus*, or equivalent.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Design and implement automated backup strategies and test disaster recovery procedures regularly.
- Software Maintenance
- Oversee update cycles for all software, dependencies, and infrastructure components.
- Cross-Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with ML teams for model deployment and resource scaling.
- Support QA with integration of automated testing tools in CI/CD pipelines.
- Need to follow SDLC working Process .
- Backend Skills and Responsibilities.*
- Having proficiency on Python,Node Js,Fast Api,Django
- Having knowledge on Database (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Design and Develop Scalable API
- AI/ML models backend implementation.
- Collaborate work with frontend team
- Security & Compliance within DevOps.*
- Ensure DevOps processes comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Develop and enforce robust security policies for software, hardware, and network systems.
- Monitor and control developer activities to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Secure source code repositories and prevent unauthorized access or intellectual property theft.
- Protect endpoints and engineer devices from vulnerabilities and malicious threats.
- Maintain and optimize the company’s firewall, VPN, and cybersecurity infrastructure.
- Implement identity and access control policies for all users and systems.
