Education:
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Diploma in Architecture
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Proven experience (3–8 years) in interior design, project management, or construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, estimate,3Ds Max, or similar).Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present design concepts.
Prepare detailed project estimates, BOQ, and cost analysis.
Develop and review 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and working drawings.
Supervise and guide designers to maintain design accuracy and creativity.
Monitor project progress and coordinate with site engineers for smooth execution.
Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Provide technical solutions and resolve on-site design or construction issues.
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
