• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing transformers or related electrical equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and transformer design.
• Proficient in CAD software (2D and 3D) and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing: Develop the dimensions and parameters of a transformer’s active parts to comply with industry standards and customer specifications.

• Calculating: Conduct electrical calculations for power transformers to ensure efficiency and safety.

• Documenting: Prepare comprehensive technical reports, design review documents, and justifications for customer submissions.

• Specifying: Draft technical specifications for ordering components and materials.

• Estimating: Provide accurate quantity estimations for offers and tenders.

• Communicating: Collaborate with multi-functional teams and participate in technical forums related to electrical design.

• Evaluating: Review final test data to assess and validate design performance.

• Creating: Assist in the development of engineering design guides and manuals.

• Developing: Innovate and develop standard tools, rules, and guides to enhance design efficiency and consistency. Continuously improve transformer designs for better performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Role Purpose:

• The Transformer Designer will be responsible for creating, evaluating, and improving transformer designs to meet industry standards and customer specifications.

• The role involves performing detailed electrical calculations, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of transformers.

Additional Role:

• QC, R&D, and Testing of Transformers and Switch gears.
