Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential), SketchUp, and basic MS Office applications.

Able to apply layer management, line weights, dimension standards, and sheet setups for printing in expert level.

Strong understanding of architectural detailing, dimensions, and layer management.

Meet deadlines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Technical Drafting – Prepare 2D CAD drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) based on architect’s concept sketches or verbal instructions.

• Construction Drawings – Produce precise working drawings for site execution, ensuring compliance with building codes and company standards.

• Presentation Drawings – Create visual layouts for brochures tools, and client presentations.

• Convert conceptual layouts into detailed design packages.

• Make design revisions as per architect’s or management’s instructions.

• Coordinate with structural and MEP engineers to integrate their inputs into architectural plans.

• Assist in preparing RAJUK / authority approval drawings as per regulatory requirements.

• Maintain and update drawing records and revision logs for all projects.

• Share updated drawings with site teams.

• Sometimes visit the site to take measurements or verify that construction matches drawings.

• Prepare as-built drawings after project completion (if required).

• Any other task assigned by the supervisor related to role.
