∎ Master's degree in any discipline.

∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrative responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of security system; sanitation; repair, renovation, maintenance of the building of Summit Corporation Limited and its assets, i.e. Summit Centre under the supervision of Administration Head.
∎ Oversee and manage procurement process of materials and all other required items that need to purchase on a regular basis; & handle utility bills payment procedure with the help of existing subordinate staffs.
∎ Maintain electro, electro mechanical equipment etc. of Summit Centre e.g. Substation, Generator, Elevators, Water Supply, Intercom system and Air Conditions and ensure Safety, Hygiene, Fire hazard, Pest Control at work place with the support of staffs and outside authorized vendors.
∎ Maintain and ensure all assets, vehicles, art works, IT products at Summit-Centre are in right order and properly documented.
∎ Prepare necessary plans for renovation/relocation or the activities related at the Summit Dhaka head office i.e. Summit Centre.
∎ Manage and ensure IT & security officials/staffs are dealt appropriately with their job responsibilities.
∎ Closely Liaise with third party staff supplier in terms of renewing agreement, maintain staffs, assign work to the staff, etc.
∎ Prepare yearly admin budget and administrative policy review when deemed necessary under the guideline of Administration Head and Finance Director.
∎ Travel & Guest Management:
∎ Guests Management particularly overseas visitors to facilitate obtaining visa from abroad or on arrival. Sending invitation letter to embassy, hotel booking & transportation (Pick up & drop) etc.
∎ Travel arrangement by air for top management especially Chairman, Managing Director, Board of Directors, overseas guests and officials, obtaining visa from embassy & arrange air Tickets, passport renewal, take care of immigration formalities, etc.
∎ Taking permission from Cantonment Board regarding entry of foreign guests and vehicles as and when needed.
∎ Chartering of helicopter/plane during internal visits of top management & officials to different companies.
∎ Arrange for secured transportation of Chairman, Board of Directors, VIP guests, and employees by road/air etc.
∎ Event Management:
∎ Event management / Sponsoring
∎ To undertake any other reasonable duties as may be required assigned by the chairman/ directors time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10-15 Years of work experience in Bangladesh Army/Police or any relevant field.
∎ Special Skill /Training:
