Job Context:
∎ Department: Accounts
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka
∎ Reporting: Head of Accounts
∎ Duty Station: Summit Centre, 18, Kawran Bazar Commercial Area, Dhaka-1215
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
∎ Day-to-day transactions recording in the system ensuring proper documentation.
∎ Periodic reconciliation of bank account, vendor, customer a/c, etc.
∎ Maintaining correspondence with banks and other internal & external stakeholders.
∎ Cooperate external/ internal audits of the Company.
∎ Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
∎ To report monthly/ quarterly company financial statements.
∎ To undertake any other duties as may be required and assigned to you by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least two (2) years of working experience in relevant field will get preference.
∎ Special Skill /Training:
∎ Proficiency in email, and MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
∎ Basic knowledge of TDS, VDS and Corporate Tax.
∎ Experience with ERP gets preference.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
